Abstract Submission
Submission portal for late breaking abstract is now open via this link. Please keep in mind that the portal will close automatically after the deadline (1 March 2023, 23:59 CET).

Submitted abstracts will undergo review by the scientific committee and will be scheduled for presentation at ISDF 2023 only if accepted by the reviewers. In general, accepted late breaking abstracts will be scheduled as poster presentation. Scheduling notifications will be sent as soon as possible after the submission deadline.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing and subsequently confirmed by the ISDF 2023 Symposium Secretariat.

Young Investigator Initiatives
At ISDF 2023 we will have a special focus on young investigators, to stimulate their participation and recognize and highlight the research of these young clinicians and scientists. Within the program we will have special oral and poster sessions, a mini- symposium, and a workshop for young investigators. We will also have special awards for young investigators. We also have a ‘Green meets Gray’ initiative where we allow young investigators to sit one-on-one during ISDF 2023 with a senior investigator to discuss their work/research, based on a short proposal submitted with your abstract.
When submitting your abstract for ISDF 2023, please also tick the box for eligibility for the Young investigator session if you are under the age of 40 and maximum 6 years involved in scientific research.
If you would like to participate in the ‘Green meets Gray’ initiative, please indicate so in the relevant field and answer the additional questions you will find in the abstract submission confirmation email. This will enable us to make a selection and find the best match for you.
With young investigators we mean clinicians and researchers below the age of 40.
