The registration for ISDF 2027 will open in September 2026.
ENTITLEMENTS
Registration includes:
- Admission to the full conference programme
- Access to the full programme, abstracts and posters through conference app
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Certificate of attendance and CME certificate
- Welcome reception on 11 May 2027
REGISTRATION TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or cancel your registration if it is completed under an incorrect participant type. In such cases, you will be notified by email.
PAYMENT & VAT TERMS
Payment can be made by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card.
After completing the registration, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Depending on the payment method, either the invoice or the credit card receipt will be attached. The attached PDF is the original document and the only copy that will be issued.
Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date.
It is the participant’s responsibility to:
- forward the invoice to the correct department for payment, and
- ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during registration.
CANCELLATION TERMS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu
- Cancellations received on or before 1 March 2027 will be refunded, minus an administration fee of EUR 50 per registration.
- Cancellations received from 2 March 2027 onwards are non-refundable.
Please note:
- Tickets for the Symposium Dinner are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be granted in case of a no-show.
- Refunds (bank transfer or credit card) will be processed after the symposium.
Visa refusal:
If a participant’s visa application is refused, the registration fee will be refunded provided that a copy of the official refusal letter is received before 30 April 2027.
Symposium cancellation:
If the symposium is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers control, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of any expenses already incurred.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Please note that photos and video may be captured during the symposium for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews, and social media.
If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the symposium and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.
